Plant A Row Lehigh Valley is a local chapter of the national organization Plant A Row for the Hungry, operated by GardenComm. Plant A Row encourages local gardeners to dedicate a row of their garden to Plant A Row. Gardeners can register their garden and drop off produce at a variety of locations across the Lehigh Valley. The Southside Permaculture Park regularly donates yields to Plant A Row Lehigh Valley.

The Bethlehem Farmers’ Market is a producer-only farmers’ market on Lehigh University’s campus running from April through November every year. The farmers’ market provides healthy food options to students and the greater community, and is a proud member of Buy Fresh Buy Local – Greater Lehigh Valley. The Southside Permaculture Park often tables at the farmers’ market to give away our produce yields and talk to community members about the park and permaculture.

The Natural Builders’ Guild is a network of trade professionals and homeowners who promote and foster natural building trades, methods, and practices in the Greater Lehigh Valley. The Natural Builders’ Guild has helped us with projects such as our tool shed.
